Foodies is proud to introduce an exciting new concept in meal preparation to the Roanoke Valley. Our Grab & Go meal kits include everything you need to feed a family of 4-6. Each meal has easy to follow cooking instructions and most can be on your table in 30 minutes or less. All of our meal kits feature tested recipes and homemade sauces.

You can also call us with your menu selections or you can stop in during our normal business hours and select your meals from what's available in our Grab & Go freezer.
